Give up on where you are now…and you give up on what is going to make you stronger.

I am an inspirational speaker London. I will inspire, energise, and get you thinking…

I share my story with business, charities, family, and community groups.

Inspirational speaker London

I love to empower people to do more, to reach for more, and achieve more. I engage with you and I help to break down barriers and improve confidence. How? The answer is simple: I know what it is like to have to smash barriers and build self-confidence from zero level.

I used to be on the floor with low self-esteem. Now, I am powered up, ready to deliver my message and support you..

An inspirational speaker London with a story to tell

I am a former champion swimmer. I became bed-bound for 10 years of my life, needing round the clock care, twice going into cardiac arrest and losing my life. I am now a businesswoman, running my own successful company for 12 years. I am an author, a writer and journalist. I use my experience of building up a shattered confidence and broken me, to where I am today to uplift, to invigorate, to excite and delight. You won’t be disappointed, book me and see…

Motivational speaking without the ramble

After overcoming trauma, sudden life-change and huge challenge in my life, I will motivate you to achieve your goals. I will help you to step out of comfort zone, accept change and adapt….to live your life how you want it.

A capital speaker to hire in London

Discover how I achieved success from rock bottom self-worth to glowing self-confidence. When you give yourself the right message, you too can accept change. This can happen both within your organisation and in your personal life.

Against huge odds, I climbed out of despair…because there is no room in life for standing still…there is no time for complacency. Time waits for no man.

  • Sandy delivered an inspirational talk at St. Thomas’s hospital which was lively, full of humour and entertaining. She addressed doctors, former patients, committee members and Friends of Lane Fox Respiratory Unit and I am quite sure we were all fired up after her talk to overcome obstacles and achieve more. Sandy is a speaker with energy and terrific audience engagement and I recommend her to any social, business or family group. • Sandy Eifion-Jones spoke on the topic of “From Trauma to Triumph” to the Walton Rotary Club on Jan 15th 2015. The members in attendance were inspired by Sandy’s approach to overcoming the personal trauma in her life. Sandy, whilst not a member of Rotary, has had life-long connections with the Rotary family and it was most interesting for us all to discover that the “small” steps Sandy took to overcome the enormous challenges life threw at her, mirror Rotary’s own approach to promoting Rotary’s charitable and service endeavours worldwide. We suggested she should consider joining Rotary in future and we would certainly recommend her to speak to other Rotary Clubs and organisations on her personal success in overcoming debilitating circumstances.

Keith R. Evans, QC Chair, International Committee, Rotary Club of Walton on Thames Jan 2015
  • The essence of a good speaker is their ability to hold the audience captivated in their story.  Sandy’s story was both fascinating and inspirational. There is no doubt about it, we all thoroughly enjoyed her talk – it was very impressive. I cannot recommend her talents as a speaker highly enough.

John Edwards. Nonsuch Rotary Club February 2014
  • Thank you for taking the time to come to Hampton WI for an inspirational talk at our Nov 2014 meeting.  I was moved by your journey in life and how it just changed so suddenly, what was interesting was your strength on a personal level of achieving and willpower to move forward. I hope that you continue your great work that you do and look forward to chatting to you in the near future.

Suriya Goodlett, President, Hampton WI, November 2014
